Growth opportunity1. Monetize the free users. We started by allowing everyone to create 2 email replies per day, and then they would have to pay. This was successful, but to facilitate user growth we started allowing unlimited replies for free, but with a "written by the platform" note at the bottom of the email. Most users delete this note before sending the email. Reverting to the previous model, or reducing the freemium parts would see a rise in subscriptions. 2. Improve marketing efforts. With the hype in ChatGPT and AI products in general, we think paid adverts would do very well. 3. Focus more on B2B. We don't have experience with this so have been focused on B2C. Many companies have reached out to us but we haven't closed deals due to lack of experience.
